Preparation and conduct of regular technical and coordination meetings (including MP, TOP5, early failure, PDI and fault management rounds) including data preparation and topic coordination Tracking of open issue points and follow-up on their processing Review, evaluation and discussion of new market topics with relevant interfaces (e.g. After Sales, Quality) as well as preparation of decision templates for solutions and next steps Maintenance of issue, validation and series machine lists; discussion and tracking of new topics in the issue tracking system Preparation and follow-up of special inspections including discussion of test points and cost preparation Discussion of current assembly and quality topics with the assembly line and relevant contacts Execution of SAP evaluations and data analyses Tracking and documentation of product audit points and open measures in the issue tracking system

• Successfully completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or technical training with further education to become a state-certified technician
• Experience in analysis and preparation of technical data as well as in processing and tracking quality and fault topics
• Knowledge in quality management, assembly processes and technical product environment (preferably agricultural machinery) is desirable
• Confident English skills in word and writing, knowledge of further foreign languages an advantage
• General system affinity, confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as a structured, independent and careful way of working
• Assertiveness with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in dealing with different specialist areas and interfaces, analytical thinking and resilience
• Ability to prioritize topics, recognize needs for action and consistently follow up on their processing
