Internship Order Management Sales & Production

Internship at CLAAS Saulgau GmbH in the Operations Planning department in Bad Saulgau. You are the central link between sales and production and support demand and resource planning for the plants in Bad Saulgau and Metz.

• Independently create well-founded analyses and reports using IBP and Excel
• As the central link between sales and production, coordinate demand and resource planning for the plants in Bad Saulgau and Metz
• Organize the country-specific distribution in the systems efficiently and proactively
• Actively help shape and lead meetings
• Document and continuously optimize internal processes in Operation Planning
• Independently carry out sub-tasks and projects and contribute your own ideas

• Studies in a technical, business or IT-oriented field, e.g. industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on process management or controlling, computer science or business informatics, or a comparable degree
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ideally basic knowledge of SAP
• First experience in data analysis is an advantage
• Structured way of working and strong understanding of processes
• Analytical thinking and communication skills
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Ideally practical experience in data processing or a similar area, for example through internships
• German skills at least at B2 level
