Worldwide Service Technician

CLAAS Service and Parts GmbH is seeking a service technician to provide worldwide technical support for tractors and harvesting machines. Together with its sales partners, the company supports customers through after sales service and spare parts supply.

• Provide technical support abroad for tractors and harvesting machines
• Diagnose and repair GPS steering systems
• Resolve customer service and maintenance questions abroad
• Support dealer development
• Help sales partners investigate faults and understand technical relationships using electronics and hydraulics system documentation
• Deliver training at CLAAS sales partners and end customers as part of international field service
• Prepare detailed service visit reports, service information and documents for CSP customer service and technical development

• Completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery mechanic or mechatronics technician
• Some professional experience with agricultural machinery
• Sound knowledge of electrical and electronic systems; knowledge of CLAAS products is desirable
• Interest in and openness to digital technologies, especially artificial intelligence
• Good German and English skills; other language skills are desirable
• Ability to understand complex technical relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide
