Student CLAAS Inside CRM & Digital Sales - Salesforce, AI & Mobile

At CLAAS Global Sales, experts work on selling the CLAAS product range abroad. You gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, work on AI applications and see how a CRM system is rolled out worldwide. You help shape the digital future of sales, from mobile CRM applications and agile product development to introducing innovative AI solutions.

• Support the worldwide rollout of the Salesforce-based CRM system and help continuously improve the rollout processes
• Work on digitalization and AI topics, especially developing an AI-powered voice assistant for sales
• Help design a mobile CRM solution and further develop the user experience for the international sales teams
• Work in an agile product team on backlog maintenance, sprint planning and task management in Azure DevOps
• Support gathering and structuring business requirements, writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Create training and communication materials and coordinate with colleagues from different countries and departments

• Ongoing studies in business informatics, digital business, business administration, industrial engineering, communication science or a comparable degree program
• Enthusiasm for digital products, CRM systems, AI applications or the digitalization of sales processes
• Interest in agile ways of working such as Scrum or Kanban and in learning them in practice
• First experience with Salesforce, Azure DevOps or similar tools is helpful, but willingness to learn and interest in the topics matter more
• Confident communication in German and English; further language skills are welcome
• Structured way of working, initiative and enjoyment of working in an international team
