Advise customers on account management, saving and financing; support advisers in preparing and following up on customer appointments and take part in them; work with customers in person, by phone and via video chat.

Intermediate school-leaving certificate or higher qualification; interest in financial topics and an affinity for the digital world; enjoyment of interacting with people and advising them in person or digitally; reliability, willingness to learn and readiness to take responsibility; if German is not your first language, certified German at level B2 or higher.
