Dual study programme combining theory at the Rhein-Main University of Cooperative Education in Rödermark with practical work in customer-facing banking. The programme covers securities, account management, savings, financing and digital tools.

Advising customers individually on securities, account management, savings and financing in person, by telephone or video chat; supporting the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and actively participating in them; contributing to projects and developing tailored customer solutions.

Higher education entrance qualification or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification with good grades; interest in financial topics and an affinity for the digital world; enjoyment of interacting with and advising people in person or digitally; reliability, willingness to learn and readiness to take responsibility; if German is not your first language, certified German at level B2 or higher.
