Dual Study Program in Business Administration and Banking for Retail and Corporate Customers 2027

The dual study program combines theory at FOM University in Munich or Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heidenheim with practical work in retail and corporate customer banking. You will advise customers on securities, account management, saving and financing while working with digital tools.

Advising customers individually in person, by telephone or video chat; supporting advisors with the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and participating in them; contributing creative ideas to projects and tailored customer solutions; building contacts with managers, colleagues and other trainees; working with customers, colleagues and digital tools.

University of applied sciences or general higher education entrance qualification with good grades; interest in financial topics and an affinity for the digital world; enjoyment of working with people and providing advice in person or digitally; reliability, willingness to learn and readiness to take responsibility; if German is not your first language, certified German proficiency of at least B2.
