You are responsible for the fare representation of our flight and ancillary services and develop them further together with the relevant specialist departments. You create, check and maintain fares for flight and ancillary services, especially optional services, in relevant systems such as ATPCo and FMT. This includes feeder and connector surcharges as well as airline-specific surcharges and fees such as YQ and YR. You optimize published and private fare structures, add new fares and secure revenues – in close cooperation with tour operator sales, revenue management, revenue integrity and individual seat sales. You maintain and further develop rule structures in ATPCo and other systems, including routings, footnotes, seasonalities, ATC including alternate general rules, derived fares and passenger type codes. You also monitor currency developments and coordinate the stored exchange rates with revenue management. As a user of our Fare Filing Management Tool, you handle tests, user support, master data and manual maintenance, accompany system development and coordinate with IT. You also maintain and control Chart1 and Chart2 in ATPCo, baggage allowances and regulations, GDS Fare Class Codes, Fare Type Codes and the booking class structure in the Amadeus RBD Answer Table. You activate agents for private GDS fares and regularly delete permissions, analyze fare structures in competitive comparison, define GDS fare level upper and lower limits and derive concrete action options. You ensure a strategy-compliant gross price calculation and display across sales channels and systems – for example by monitoring exchange rate or tax changes. You also check Paper General Rules for US DoT and CTA, support traffic rights and act as second-level help desk for Condor GDS filings.

A completed degree in Business Administration or Tourism and Air Transport Economics – alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience and corresponding expertise. Sound knowledge of air transport, tourism, distribution systems and internal processes. Good knowledge of Global Distribution Systems and ideally experience in fare filing in ATPCo and/or airline-owned fare management systems. Confident demeanor, assertiveness and the ability to work independently. High willingness to perform, resilience and diligence. Very good English skills written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel. Willingness to undergo a psychological aptitude test if required.
