For our location in Halle (Westf.), we are looking for friendly and open-minded apprentices for the Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) starting on August 1, 2027. Training: As an apprentice Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d), you set up production machines and systems, put them into operation, and operate them. Setting up the machines and performing maintenance work, in close cooperation with maintenance, is also part of the job. The training lasts 2 years and starts each year on August 1. Vocational school: Lüttfeld Vocational College in Lemgo, in block instruction.

The minimum requirement for all industrial-technical apprenticeships is a good secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss). A technical college entrance qualification (Fachoberschulreife) is desirable. We expect all apprentices to have a strong willingness to perform, teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and flexibility.
