In our "Innovation Management" department in the Innovation & Sustainability business unit, a dynamic work environment awaits you. As an intern (f/m/d), you will work in a creative team using agile methods, take on real responsibility and make a contribution that really counts. In addition to our diverse benefits, a full-time position offers an attractive remuneration of €2,270 gross/month. You can also shape your working day according to your preferences – with flexible working hours and the option of up to 50% home office.

• Explore innovation processes and approaches driven by sustainability. Support strategic initiatives, contribute your own ideas and help shape Covestro's innovation culture.
• Support projects across departments in a global setting, from developing and introducing learning concepts about innovation to organising innovation workshops.
• Help the team communicate about sustainability and innovation. Create concepts, presentations and engaging internal communications to strengthen the internal community through newsletters, the intranet and events.
• Have the chance to carry out your own small projects and show your abilities.

• You are currently pursuing or will soon start a master's degree in Economics, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related subject.
• You have gained some practical experience in organisational development, change management, communication or similar areas.
• You are enthusiastic about innovation, company culture and transformation processes.
• You learn quickly, have analytical skills and work systematically to find solutions.
• You communicate well and are willing to develop your professional and personal skills.
• You are committed, motivated, a team player and show initiative to help the company succeed.
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, and are confident using modern digital tools, including Power Automate, AI assistants and bots.
• You have very good German skills, at least C1, and good spoken and written English.
• You are available for a six-month internship starting in March 2027.
