HR Business Partner

Cyberport is looking for a full-time HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with work experience in Dresden. You advise managers as an equal, help shape HR actively and over time build a focus on Learning & Development.

• Over time build a focus on Learning & Development and help set up modern learning formats and data-driven culture and change initiatives
• Support defined business areas holistically and advise and guide managers on all HR matters
• Support organizational changes and change processes, guide performance and development processes, support on labor law questions and HR measures
• Guide onboarding, transfer and separation processes with People Operations and support recruiting in your area
• Help design and develop development programs, training and qualification offers, analyze development needs and support talent, succession and leadership development

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), HR officer (m/f/d) or in a comparable generalist HR role, and confident, independent advice to managers
• User knowledge of Personio to support the planned system rollout
• First practical experience in personnel development, Learning & Development or organizational development
• Practical knowledge of labor law and experience supporting organizational change, strong advisory and coaching skills and service orientation
• Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working, taking responsibility for your topics and communicating confidently and convincingly with different stakeholders
• Curiosity and creativity, enjoying opening up new topic areas and actively shaping the development of people and organizations
