• Support in planning and implementing marketing and communication measures for catering offers, shops and concepts
• Carrying out market and trend analyses and competitor monitoring
• Analyzing customer needs and contributing to sales questions
• Developing and supporting new catering, shop and service concepts from idea to implementation
• Preparing analyses, results and decision papers in structured reports
• Creating presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination and collaboration in cross-department projects
• Support in maintaining marketing tools and databases
• Active participation in cross-site exchange and learning formats
• Helping shape idea and innovation workshops

• Enrolled student of business administration, marketing, sales management, nutrition science, food science or a comparable degree program
• Interest in marketing, sales, catering and current food and consumer trends
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enjoy developing new ideas and analyzing them
• Willingness to get to know different company sites and work across sites
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and creating presentations
• High motivation to actively contribute to the company's development
• Good German and English skills, written and spoken
