About this Apprenticeship
- During your three-year apprenticeship as a social insurance specialist (SoFa for short), you will get to know the healthcare system from the ground up. Whether in consulting or sales – you will be optimally prepared for your career entry. Depending on interest and talent, the apprenticeship is deepened in a focus area:
- In the classic SoFa area, you competently support insured persons in all life situations – e.g. with questions about long-term care insurance, individual health benefits or contribution calculation.
- In the sales focus, you are additionally on the road in field service, win new insured persons and represent DAK-Gesundheit e.g. at events, in schools or companies. What awaits you with us:

- Insights into social law, the insurance industry and modern communication

What You'll Learn

Requirements
- Technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), general university entrance qualification (Abitur), a completed vocational training or first study experience
- Enthusiasm for the healthcare system and commercial topics
- An open, sympathetic manner and team spirit
- Fun in dealing with people and interest in legal basics
- Motivation to take responsibility and go new ways – whether in the office or in field service
