Construction Financing Specialist

Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG is looking for a construction financing specialist in Bamberg, working as an independent commercial agent under § 84 HGB in sales. You advise customers on construction financing and building savings.

• You are a self-responsible sales representative (m/f/d) (as an independent commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB) in the product field and conduct customer meetings.
• You develop advisory concepts based on the customer's identified goals and wishes and derive concrete offers from them.
• You are a specialist (m/f/d) and contact person (m/f/d) for construction financing.
• You actively expand your customer network and maintain your customer relationships.
• You raise your personal profile through sales promotion activities.
• You plan and carry out measures to develop the market and tap construction financing potential.

• You have a commercial vocational qualification as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable degree. Ideally you have at least two years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
• You have expertise in building savings and construction financing. Ideally you have experience in planning and implementing sales measures for the assigned customer and contract portfolio.
