Financial Adviser, Insurance and Wealth

As a self-employed sales agent at Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG, you advise and support field sales partners and new and existing customers in your region on insurance, financial protection and building wealth.

• As a self-employed sales agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code, you advise and support field sales staff who conclude contracts, as well as new and existing customers in your region, on financial protection, risk cover and building wealth based on their needs.
• You arrange contracts based on customer needs, focusing on life insurance, health insurance, general insurance and investments.
• You develop advice plans based on customers' goals and wishes and turn them into specific offers.
• You actively grow your customer network and maintain customer relationships.
• You support field sales staff in introducing new products to customers.
• You raise your personal profile through sales promotions.
• You train the field sales partners you support.

• You enjoy working in sales with the freedom to organise your work and schedule independently.
• You have strong knowledge of life, property and health insurance, as well as investments.
• You provide professional advice focused on finding solutions for customers.
• You work flexibly and independently, set priorities and have strong organisational skills.
• You have completed training as an insurance specialist, bank clerk or business administrator, or hold an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you have at least two years of experience in insurance or financial services.
