What awaits you with us In our specialised specialist centre in the benefits department, you will be intensively prepared for your profession over three years – with an exciting mix of theory and practice. You can expect a sound, varied apprenticeship with the best prospects for your professional future – both professionally and personally. Your tasks and learning content:
- You will become an expert for our diverse benefits law – from A for acupuncture to Z for co-payment.
- You will examine benefit applications, analyse individual cases and support insured persons with well-founded advice.
- You will gain insights into the cost structures of hospitals, rehabilitation and spa facilities.
- You will support people who have to cope with health impairments – empathetically and solution-oriented.
- You will gain practical experience, among other things, during an internship with one of our cooperation partners. In short: You will become the competent contact person for our insured persons in the benefits department when it really matters.

Requirements
- What you should bring
- Good intermediate school leaving certificate, (technical) Abitur, completed vocational training or first study experience
- Empathy, team spirit and a good feeling for people
- Interest in medical, benefit law and commercial topics
- Good expressiveness and communication skills
- Personal responsibility and desire to actively shape things
- Very good German skills (at least C1)
