Working Student Sales Support Dortmund

Student support for DATEV's Dortmund branch in sales support. The role assists sales teams working across locations with customer outreach, appointment scheduling, and the organisation and processing of sales activities.

• Supporting organisational tasks and the branch's day-to-day operations
• Supporting sales teams with organisational and administrative tasks
• Contacting customers by phone and scheduling appointments for sales staff
• Assisting with sales activities and customer outreach
• Preparing, organising and following up on customer events, training sessions and internal appointments

• Bachelor's or master's degree with at least one more year of availability, ideally longer
• Interest in sales and customer communication
• Enjoyment of speaking with customers by phone and in person
• Reliable, structured and independent working style
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Team-oriented, open and communicative personality
