IT Infrastructure Administrator

You take responsibility for the stable operation of our entire IT infrastructure – from network to server level. You are our expert for Active Directory, Hyper-V, and the entire Windows world.

• Project support: you actively participate in IT rollout projects and support us in the important NIS2 project
• Optimization: you analyze processes, optimize our IT structures, and contribute to further development
• Support & knowledge transfer: you advise our employees, train users, and keep our documentation up to date
• Operational safety: you ensure smooth operation and maintenance of our servers, networks, and firewalls (similar to ISO 27001)

• Qualification: completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT specialist or business informatics) or equivalent qualification
• Experience: several years of relevant professional experience in IT system administration, ideally in a consumer goods environment
• Security awareness: experience in operating according to standards such as ISO 27001 or NIS2
• Technical know-how: sound knowledge of Windows server and client environments (AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, VMware, Hyper-V), IT endpoints, and other Windows server services
• Soft skills: high personal responsibility, proactive problem-solving behavior, structured way of working, and strong communication and team skills
