Together with us you have the opportunity to obtain three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Trade Specialist (m/f/d), and Trainer Aptitude according to AEVO! On the way to becoming a Trade Specialist you will learn all commercial basics at a trade education center. You will be supported by individual e-learning programs. In your practical phases you will get to know retail from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and organizational talent.

Own training team providing group training with other Deichmann trainees on product knowledge and sales topics. Fixed contacts through a trainer and a personal trainee mentor in your branch, ensuring close supervision.
