Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant, Neu-Ulm

During your 2-year apprenticeship in retail, we train you to become the perfect point of contact for our customers. Your personal apprentice mentor will be at your side. During your apprenticeship you will receive an attractive apprenticeship remuneration and additional bonuses.

Practical training takes place in a store near you. You quickly take on diverse tasks independently in customer advice, goods receipt, product presentation and cashier duties. Alongside vocational school lessons, you receive regular training from our own training team. Individual e-learning programmes accompany you on your way to the final examination.

You have an open, friendly personality with a passion for shoes. You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends. You enjoy being physically active. You have team spirit and are reliable. You have at least a lower secondary school leaving certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).

Own training team that further educates you in groups with other Deichmann apprentices on product knowledge and sales topics. Fixed contacts through a trainer and a personal apprentice mentor in your branch, ensuring close support during the apprenticeship. Opportunity to complete a 4-week stay abroad at a Deichmann branch overseas with very good performance. Collectively agreed special leave for various short-term, personal or special life events.
