Dual Study Program in Business Administration (B.A.), Retail Management Focus - Students, Greater Böblingen Area

Three-and-a-half-year dual study program in business administration with a focus on retail management. The theoretical phases take place at IU, while the practical phases are completed in different Deichmann stores. The program prepares you for a management position or further roles in sales.

You will complete two days of theory per week at IU and three days of practical work in different Deichmann stores. You will specialize in sales and coordinating activities across different sales channels, learn store operations and contribute to day-to-day business. You will also complete a practical phase at a Deichmann store abroad.

General university entrance qualification with good grades; interest in retail and ideally initial practical experience in retail; physical fitness, responsibility and reliability; commitment and a strong willingness to learn and perform; communication and teamwork skills.
