During your 2-year apprenticeship in retail, we train you to become the perfect point of contact for our customers. Your personal apprentice mentor will be at your side. During your apprenticeship, you will receive an attractive apprenticeship remuneration and additional bonuses.

Own training team that provides further education in product knowledge and sales topics in groups with other Deichmann apprentices. Fixed contact persons through a trainer and a personal apprentice mentor in your branch, ensuring close support during the apprenticeship. Opportunity to complete a 4-week stay abroad at a Deichmann branch overseas if you perform very well during the apprenticeship.
