In your practical phases you get to know retail from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and your organizational talent. Tasks: In practical phases in a store near you we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work. You actively participate in daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on. Theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centers. Taught there are areas such as Marketing, Business Administration, Personnel Management, Accounting, Logistics and Sales.
