• Varied academic and practical phases during the three-year dual study programme
• Take an active role in improvements, from finding opportunities to putting changes into practice
• Learn about all store departments and processes, from product ranges and ordering to checking deliveries
• Take responsibility early, for example by covering for a product department manager during holidays
• Help analyse business performance figures
• Academic phases at Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heilbronn, with professional, social and personal development support
• Gross monthly pay of €1,650 in the first year, €1,750 in the second year and €1,950 in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of holiday per year
• Individual training and interesting practical projects
• Strong chances of staying after graduation with good performance and commitment, plus preparation for a store management role
• 20 days of paid leave for your final thesis, your own company laptop, tuition fees paid and help with travel costs for an optional semester abroad
