Together with us you have the opportunity to obtain three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Business Manager (m/f/d) and the Trainer Aptitude according to AEVO! On the way to becoming a Retail Business Manager (m/f/d) you will learn all commercial basics at a retail education center. You will be supported by individual e-learning programs. In your practical phases you will get to know the retail trade from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and your organizational talent.

• In the practical phases at a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and competent work.
• You actively participate in daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store at an early stage.
• The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail education centers.
• Subjects taught there include marketing, business administration, personnel management, accounting, logistics and sales.

• You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes 😉.
• You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
• You like to be physically active.
• You have team spirit and are reliable.
• You are career-oriented and want to advance quickly in your profession.
• You are interested in business management contexts.
• You have at least a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife).
