Together with us you have the opportunity to acquire three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: Retail Merchant (m/f/d), Trade Business Administrator (m/f/d) and Trainer Aptitude according to AEVO! On the way to becoming a Trade Business Administrator (m/f/d) you will learn all commercial basics at a trade education center. You will be supported by individual e-learning programs. In your practical phases you will get to know retail from the ground up and can prove both your service skills and your organizational talent.

Tasks: - In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work. - You actively participate in daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on. - Theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with trade education centers. - Subjects taught include marketing, business administration, personnel management, accounting, logistics and sales.
