About this Apprenticeship
With us you can earn three nationally recognised qualifications within three years: Retail Merchant (m/f/d), Handelsfachwirt (m/f/d) and the AEVO trainer qualification. On the way to Handelsfachwirt you learn all commercial basics at a trade education centre. Individual e-learning programmes support you. In your practical phases you get to know retail from the ground up.
What You'll Learn
- In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work.
- You actively help in daily business and take on responsibility for organisational tasks in a store early on.
- Theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with trade education centres.
- There you learn areas such as marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are career-oriented and want to progress quickly.
- You are interested in business management topics.
- You have at least the Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification).
