About this Apprenticeship
During the 2-year retail apprenticeship at Deichmann, you are trained to be the contact person for customers. A personal apprentice mentor supports you. The practical training takes place in a store near you, alongside vocational school and in-house training. After the apprenticeship, you can continue to become a retail merchant (m/f/d).
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on a variety of tasks independently: customer advice, goods receiving, product presentation and cash register work.
- Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes 😉.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
