About this Apprenticeship
During the two-year retail apprenticeship, you will learn everyday work in a nearby store and train to become a point of contact for customers. After completing the apprenticeship, further career paths are available, including continuing with training as a retail sales assistant.
What You'll Learn
- Practical training in a nearby store
- Independent work in customer advice, goods receipt, product presentation and checkout operations
- Regular training from the in-house training team alongside vocational school lessons
- Individual e-learning programmes to support preparation for the final examination
- Good future prospects, including the option to continue training as a retail sales assistant
Requirements
- Open and friendly personality with a weakness for shoes
- Enthusiasm for fashion and interest in current trends
- Enjoyment of physical activity
- Team spirit and reliability
- At least a lower secondary school-leaving certificate
