An in-house training team provides group training with other Deichmann trainees on product knowledge and sales topics. You will have a trainer and a personal trainee mentor in your store to provide close support throughout the apprenticeship. With very good performance, you may complete a four-week placement at a Deichmann store abroad during your apprenticeship. Deichmann provides special leave under collective agreements for events such as weddings or moving house. You can use our internal e-learning platform for learning opportunities and exam preparation, including on your smartphone. Every year, we organize trainee activities and prize competitions.
