About this Apprenticeship
During the 2-year retail apprenticeship, Deichmann trains you to be the perfect point of contact for customers. A personal apprentice mentor supports you. You receive an attractive apprenticeship salary and additional bonuses.
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on a variety of tasks independently, such as customer advice, goods receipt, product presentation and checkout work.
- Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are excited about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You like being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You have at least a Hauptschule diploma.
