Working Student Project Management AI – AI Team

At DEICHMANN, we are building a new AI team that produces visual content – images and moving images – entirely AI-supported and at the highest level. A young, rapidly growing team means many parallel topics and a high need for clear structure. This is exactly where you come in: As a working student in project management, you primarily support our Marketing Manager AI Production and ensure that our production is organized, plannable, and runs smoothly – and you learn first-hand how an AI content team is created from the ground up.

• You primarily support our Marketing Manager AI Production – as well as the rest of the team – in organizing and coordinating ongoing projects, from briefing intake to on-time delivery
• You keep track of tasks, deadlines, responsibilities, and open items and ensure through regular follow-up that nothing falls through the cracks
• You communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy working as a connecting interface between different stakeholders
• You have a strong sense of organization and responsibility and like to work independently without shying away from team exchange
• You maintain our project and task overviews in common project management tools and keep the status transparent at all times
• You coordinate collaboration with adjacent departments such as Marketing and Creative and prepare and follow up on meetings
• You actively contribute to building and continuously developing processes, templates, and documentation for the new team
• You take on organizational topics around tools, access, and filing

• You are enrolled at a university, ideally in a degree program related to business, media, (project) management, communication, or a comparable field
• You work in a structured, reliable manner with a good eye for the essentials
• You are confident in using common Microsoft 365 applications; experience with project management tools is a plus
• You have a genuine interest in AI, content, and creative production processes
• Communication-proficient language skills in German and English
