Female Excellence - Consulting Internship for Women

You are a committed, ambitious woman ready to start your career in management consulting? Look no further! For a period of 8-12 weeks you will be a full member of our consultant team in Essen and take responsibility for a range of challenging tasks while receiving special support and guidance from our female colleagues.

• As a member of an international team you support our consultants – analyze and work on topics affecting the energy sector that are specifically relevant to our company
• In close collaboration with your colleagues you develop strategic and operational solutions for E.ON
• You derive recommendations for action and create presentations for the E.ON Inhouse Consulting management team
• Direct communication and collaboration with your clients round off a versatile task profile

• You have outstanding academic achievements and are currently in a master's program, PhD, or gap year in business administration, engineering, natural sciences, (business) informatics or a similar field
• You speak fluent English and German (C1)
• You have already gained first practical experience in an international environment – and first insights into the consulting industry and/or energy sector
• Besides your enthusiasm for the energy industry you have an affinity for numbers and a strong ability for analytical thinking
• Your precise, structured communication skills enable you to easily convince others
