Dual Study Program in Business Informatics

Dual study program in business informatics at DEKRA in Stuttgart. Study start October 2027. Theory and practice phases alternate roughly every 3 months, and the theory phases take place at DHBW Stuttgart.

• During the practice phases you learn IT basics in systems development, IT organization, programming, computer architecture, telecommunications and office communication, and function-specific IT applications
• For a better understanding of interfaces, you also gain insights into our departments for expert reports and vehicle inspection and get to know processes and parts of DEKRA services at a branch
• You also complete various project and study papers and write your bachelor thesis in the last semester
• We are happy to offer you the chance to take part in a semester abroad

• General or subject-specific university entrance qualification, or Fachhochschulreife including the DHBW aptitude test
• Good grades in mathematics, physics and English
• Interest in IT topics and in economic contexts and processes
• Innovative, structured and analytical thinking combined with independence, teamwork and strong communication skills
