• Intermediate school leaving certificate, (technical) high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Interest in commercial processes, digital technologies and modern ways of working
• Curiosity to understand connections and find smart solutions
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and good oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and work both independently and in a team
• Motivation to learn new things and develop personally and professionally
