About this Apprenticeship
The Used Vehicle Management department relies on innovative solutions to support the used vehicle trade efficiently and professionally. Newly developed technologies and control unit diagnostics, continuous technology training, and constant access to the latest information and experienced contacts are available to you at all times, enabling you to develop from employees into experts and thus contribute significantly to the team's success.
What You'll Learn
- Using your expertise in the automotive field, you conduct condition and appraisal assessments of used motor vehicles.
- Using standard appraisal and calculation systems as well as used vehicle management systems, you accurately assess the value of motor vehicles.
- In addition, you assess existing damage and calculate repair costs.
- You independently manage and accompany the used vehicle return process for our clients.
- Furthermore, you coordinate lease returns and prepare diminished value appraisals.
Requirements
- Journeyman or master with a degree as an automotive technician, automotive mechatronics technician, painter, or in the field of body and vehicle construction
- Several years of professional experience in the specific segments of vehicle appraisal
- Knowledge of expert systems such as DAT, Schwacke, and Audatex is an advantage
- Proactive and service-oriented working style as well as a high level of quality awareness
- Class B driver's license and willingness to work locally in the field
