Consultant GenAI & Agentic AI

In Consulting – Artificial Intelligence and Data, you support clients in developing and introducing innovative GenAI and agentic AI solutions and help build scalable applications with measurable business value.

• Value creation: You help identify and evaluate GenAI and agentic AI use cases and help uncover potential to optimize processes and business models.
• Implementation: You develop and implement LLM-based applications, intelligent assistants and agent systems for productive use, guided by experienced colleagues.
• Analysis: You analyze business requirements, processes and data sources and contribute to designing suitable GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Operationalization: You support integration, testing and operation of GenAI applications and the setup of scalable development and deployment processes.
• Innovation: You contribute to evaluating new frameworks, methods and technologies in GenAI and agentic AI and support prototype development of innovative solutions.

• First professional experience in designing, developing or introducing GenAI or AI solutions in a business context, ideally focused on modern LLM-based applications
• Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, economics with a computer science focus, or a comparable program
• Practical knowledge of Python and first experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or comparable technologies. SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP), API integration and first exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps or AIOps concepts are desirable
• Willingness to travel, and very good German (C1) and English, spoken and written
