Trainee Digital Transformation ServiceNow

In consulting, you help ServiceNow clients automate their digital workflows. The team designs and steers digital transformation programs that make companies more agile in the long term. Start: 1 April 2027.

• Completing ServiceNow Fundamentals and advanced trainings and certifications, combined with Deloitte methods for agile project management.
• After 6 weeks you are ready for your first ServiceNow project, focused on digital transformations in IT, IoT, supply chain or HR.
• After training, you directly support the professional and technical work on projects from strategy and analysis through planning and design to ServiceNow implementation.
• Intensive project work together with colleagues from our global development network.
• Helping create client presentations and proposals and actively bringing in your own ideas.

• Very good university degree, for example in computer science, business, engineering or natural sciences
• Strong team orientation, analytical thinking, drive and willingness to travel
• Affinity for technology and motivation to build knowledge in consulting, project management and ServiceNow
• Confident communication in German and English (at least C1)
• Basic understanding of AI-supported ways of working and the ability to use AI tools responsibly for analysis, research, communication and preparing results.
