Technical Consultant - HCM Integration

Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Leipzig, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart.

• Hands-on: For national and international clients, you lead data and integration strategies from the design of modern architectures to the construction of cloud implementations and interfaces.
• Consulting: In close cooperation with experts on the client side and using AI-supported tools, you find optimal solutions for their requirements. Through continuous optimization of integration processes, you increase efficiency and quality in the project.
• Responsibility: You lead and coordinate the integration team, conduct client workshops and create important decision documents.
• Variety of tasks: You build scalable platforms on multi- or hybrid-cloud infrastructures and carry out integrations & migrations of environment systems.
• Project Management: With regard to costs, maintainability, testability, stability and scalability of the cloud, you bear responsibility. In an agile project setup, you monitor goals and schedules.

• At least 3 years of experience with SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or SAP Basis/Technology as well as with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• Sound experience in SAP ABAP development, either with direct integration relevance (Extensibility BAdIs) or SAP HCM, ideally with programming skills in Java or SQL
• Basic knowledge of the SAP HCM module, preferably with existing SAP certification and great interest in cloud implementations, hybrid cloud infrastructures and the design of data & analytics architectures
• Very good knowledge of industry-specific leading practices, pronounced customer and team orientation as well as enjoyment in solving complex customer inquiries
• First leadership experience or (partial) project management responsibility an advantage
• Pronounced ability to identify AI potentials, critically evaluate them and use them in a targeted manner for innovative solution approaches, well-founded recommendations and measurable customer benefit
