Supply Chain Planning Consultant

As a Supply Chain Planning Consultant, you help clients prepare their planning processes, organizations and systems for the future. You support changes across the entire supply chain, from target operating models and modern planning tools to the use of artificial intelligence.

• End-to-end transformations: Work with clients to develop innovative supply chain planning solutions and make lasting improvements to processes, organizations, data structures and governance models.
• Rethink planning: Improve demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP and S&OE processes to support well-informed decisions.
• Modern technology: Assess and implement leading advanced planning systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, OMP or Blue Yonder, and support their successful introduction.
• Data, AI and decision intelligence: Develop business cases, analyze potential value and identify innovative uses for AI and decision intelligence in supply chains.
• Responsibility and development: Independently manage work packages or subprojects, lead workshops and communicate with stakeholders up to management level. As you gain experience, help develop proposals, new business and the consulting service portfolio.

• A degree in business administration or engineering with very good results, ideally with initial professional experience in supply chain planning, planning transformations or introducing and improving planning systems
• Sound knowledge of at least two areas: demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP or S&OE, demonstrated through professional experience, internships or studies
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work, with confident use of Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis
• Confident and responsible use of AI to create high-quality analyses, concepts and client solutions, and to critically check AI results
