About this Apprenticeship
As an intern (m/f/d) in the Technology Strategy & Transformation area, you support our team with strategic, communicative, and organizational tasks related to lean-agile transformations, deployments, and partnerships.
What You'll Learn
- Support with communication and further development of lean-agile playbooks and accompaniment of selected pilots during implementation
- Tasks in controlling, organization, and structured tracking of activities within lean-agile transformations
- Active support of the team, preparation and follow-up of workshops, contribution to creation of concepts and presentation materials
- Gradual takeover of own work packages and active contribution of ideas to further develop topics
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration with IT focus, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Ideally first experience in an agile environment, project management, or a comparable area
- Affinity for technology, (lean-agile) transformation, project management, communication, and strategic questions
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, team player, structured and reliable way of working
- Proficient use of PowerPoint and Excel
- German and English very good in written and spoken form
