Consultant Digitalization of Accounting Processes

In Assurance Financial Services Industries, you help financial institutions optimize processes, minimize risks, implement regulatory requirements and meet compliance standards. You shape digital change in transformation and digitalization projects and advise Chief Accounting Officers and top finance management.

• Process analysis: By analyzing end-to-end finance processes and optimizing them through standardization and digitalization, you sustainably expand your expertise.
• Consulting: During project work you can provide both strategic and operational consulting based on clearly defined project goals such as efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Optimization: In areas such as process modeling, chart of accounts optimization and financial data architecture, you contribute technical and functional solutions for ERP systems in client work.
• Storytelling: You actively use your presentation skills in preparing industry- and client-specific topics and in market and literature research.
• Proposals: Last but not least, you help us create proposals in which you convince our clients of our competence and experience.

• Degree in economics, (business) informatics or a comparable program with a focus on finance or IT
• Understanding of and passion for digitalization, process management and accounting
• Ideally experience in accounting (HGB/IFRS) and in project management of IT projects, as well as knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong presentation and communication skills, team player and enjoyment of complex tasks
• Willingness to travel and very good German and English, spoken and written
