Consultant Forensic - eDiscovery

Help investigate financial and economic crime in Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Forensic. As an eDiscovery Consultant you support clients in identifying evidence data and securing, preparing and analyzing it in a court-proof way, using the latest technologies, GenAI and cloud solutions.

• Hands-on start & data collection: Take part in eDiscovery cases, e.g. network-based data collection or IT forensic device imaging incl. documentation, chain of custody and quality assurance
• Processing & review enablement: Prepare mass data for review and support law firms and review teams
• Analytics: Use analytics methods for early fact finding, data reduction and better review quality and speed
• GenAI enablement: Support the use of the latest GenAI functions in eDiscovery and document and validate results
• Focus competencies: Develop focus competencies based on your strengths, e.g. digital forensics, GenAI engineer, ServiceNow architect

• Above-average completed degree (Bachelor, Master an advantage) in computer science, business informatics, computational linguistics, data science, engineering or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of SQL, Python or a comparable programming language, MS Office and MS Windows incl. servers, IT forensic principles and eDiscovery tools / platforms
• Practical use of GenAI / LLMs in legal tech and eDiscovery workflows, plus awareness of responsible AI, data protection and security requirements
• Solid understanding of process digitalization, for example with low-code platforms like ServiceNow; experience with ServiceNow applications is an advantage
• Understanding of accounting cycles, journal entries and account reconciliations, familiarity with SAP modules, ability to spot fraud patterns in transaction data
• Willingness to travel, very good German and English, and enjoyment of teamwork
