Consultant IT Audit / Financial Services

As an IT Audit Consultant in Assurance Financial Services, you help financial institutions optimize processes, minimize risks and implement regulatory requirements.

• Future IT audit: You gain deep insights into the IT processes of banks, asset management companies or insurers, IT audits of annual and consolidated financial statements, and securities and custody audits.
• Communication: You independently organize and build a specialist network and expand cooperation between audit teams and IT specialists.
• Management: You work project-based in small and large teams for our clients and actively help plan and organize IT audits. You support and are responsible for IT audit topics on complex operational IT systems relevant to accounting, IT-supported business processes, IT organizations and IT infrastructures, as well as advice on using data analytics in audits.
• Expertise: You help solve complex questions on AI systems, cyber security and other exciting topics and build deep IT know-how in financial services.
• Ownership: From the start you have the chance to take responsibility. In IT audit you help develop and shape forward-looking solutions for financial services auditing.
• Teamwork: Especially in the regulatory environment of financial services (banks, insurers, asset management, crypto technology DLT) you work closely with other service lines.

• University degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, economics, computer science, engineering, business law.
• Terms like digitalization and technology trends, artificial intelligence, ERP systems, cloud computing or cyber security are familiar and interesting to you.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for solving complex challenges.
• Strong quality awareness, customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit as well as the ability to react flexibly to the industry's challenges.
• Very good German and English, spoken and written.
