Consultant M&A / Post-Merger Integration / Carve-out / ODD

Do you want to accompany clients along the entire M&A deal cycle in the area of Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Mergers & Acquisitions – from strategy and due diligence to financing and technology questions through to the successful implementation and integration of transactions? • M&A Strategy: You evaluate inorganic growth opportunities around new technologies, markets or customer groups, identify potential M&A targets and assess the strategic fits with the buyers
• Post-Merger Integration: From developing the integration strategy to operational implementation, you advise our clients on the acquisition of a company and identify synergy potentials
• Carve-Out: Around the sale and spin-off of business units to strategic investors and private equity firms, you develop carve-out concepts, identify value enhancement levers and support operational implementation across all business functions
• Operational Due Diligence: You expertly assess the operational performance of a company, identify value enhancement potentials and analyze the strategy, market positioning and supply chain of the potential target

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics or comparable with above-average results, preferably with a doctorate or MBA
• Good business understanding and interest in strategic and operational issues (e.g. M&A, business models, process optimization / value creation)
• Structured, goal-oriented way of working and enthusiasm for challenging projects
• Team spirit, high commitment and independence
• Willingness to travel as well as very good German and English skills in both spoken and written form
