Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Munich, and Stuttgart. ## Your Impact: As Consultant Risk & Regulatory Advisory (m/f/d) in the Investment Management area, you advise leading asset managers together with us on operational, procedural, and regulatory issues, e.g., in the context of digital transformation, sustainable business models, or AI-based solutions in investment management.
  • Client support: You are the central contact person for our clients (especially asset managers, asset servicers, and securities firms) within the scope of your project activities.
  • Project work: You support impact and gap analyses as well as the identification of optimization potentials in processes, systems, and organizations. In addition, you contribute to the development of concepts to increase investment performance, particularly through measures for cost efficiency, automation, and process optimization along the entire value chain.
  • Innovation: You develop and work on future-oriented topics in close cooperation with experienced colleagues. Here you analyze industry trends and regulatory framework conditions as well as their effects. Furthermore, you contribute to the development of innovative solution approaches that prepare our clients for future challenges.
  • Transformation: You work on exciting transformation and regulatory projects and help make digital and AI-based solutions usable for our clients.
  • Teamwork: You work as an active part of our young and dynamic team on concrete tasks and projects. In the process, you gain valuable practical experience and continuously develop your professional and personal skills.

Requirements

  • ## Your Skillset:
  • Successfully completed degree in economics, law, or a comparable field (e.g., CFA or CAIA qualification an advantage)
  • First professional experience in the investment management environment, e.g., at an asset manager, a capital management company, or in a comparable consulting function
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in the investment management environment (e.g., KAGB, AIFMD, MiFID) or interest in these topics
  • Experience and enthusiasm in the productive use of modern AI tools to support daily work
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to advise our clients on-site nationwide, as well as very good German and English skills in word and writing
