• Tax meets technology: Use your understanding of tax law and tax processes to support the identification of transformation and innovation potentials (e.g. use cases for generative AI in the tax function). Develop forward-looking ideas and solution approaches for tax issues and validate them with our clients or colleagues from the specialist departments.
• Technology affinity: Master the future challenges of a digital tax function by familiarising yourself with different technical solution strategies.
• Communication: Actively maintain the Tax & Legal innovation network and translate our approaches and solutions understandably and target-group-oriented into the specialist departments.
• Vision: Transformation and innovation are not buzzwords for you but a concrete design mandate: You consistently advance digital tax consulting and bring new ideas forward with openness, curiosity, and willingness to implement.
• Responsibility: You learn to co-design the entire product development cycle, manage resources, stakeholders, and timelines, and support as a specialist sparring partner within innovation projects and teams.

• Above-average degree as a certified tax specialist (Dipl. Finanzwirt), in business administration (focus on taxation) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally first practical experience through relevant internships or a commercial apprenticeship in an auditing and/or tax consulting firm.
• Strong affinity for technology and processes, independent and careful way of working, combined with a sense of responsibility.
• High commitment, quick comprehension, proactive contribution of own ideas, and team player.
• Enjoy communicating in German and English (very good written and spoken).
