You want to advise international clients on company valuations or the creation and review of financial models in the area of Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Valuation & Modeling? Our team supports valuations for transaction, accounting or reorganization purposes as well as with financial models for strategic decision-making in a wide range of industries. • Hands-on entry: You support the valuation of companies and individual assets such as brands, customer relationships and IP portfolios.
• Consulting: In the planning and structuring of transactions and their implementation you actively contribute, e.g. in M&A and stock corporation law valuations or fairness opinions.
• Diversity: You also support your team in other valuation occasions such as tax structuring, purchase price allocations or entrepreneurial decisions.
• Analysis: For well-founded decision-making you evaluate annual financial statements, review business plans, analyze the market, competitors and relevant capital market data.
• Cross Business: You coordinate closely with Transaction Services, Consulting, Tax and Audit and also work internationally with other Deloitte areas.

• Successful degree in business administration or a similar course of study with a focus on accounting and/or finance
• First practical experience through relevant internships, interest in questions regarding the valuation of companies, groups and start-ups
• Enjoyment of complex tasks and the presentation of work results as well as very good knowledge of MS Excel
• High degree of independence, commitment and team spirit
• Willingness to travel as well as very good German and English skills in word and writing
