Intern Controls Assurance Operations

In Audit & Assurance – Controls Assurance, the team builds trust in internal and external corporate reporting using innovative audit and advisory approaches. As an intern, you join a variety of internal projects under your team's guidance and quickly take on responsibility. Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Mannheim, Munich and Stuttgart.

• Variety of topics: You work on many internal projects and strategic initiatives in Controls Assurance Operations and management, and can work independently and on your own responsibility and contribute your own creative ideas.
• International collaboration: You support international internal projects and initiatives and work with different teams and leaders beyond the borders of Deloitte Germany. You gain exciting insights into cross-country collaboration at Deloitte EMEA level.
• Ownership: As a permanent part of our strong team, you help plan, organise and run various events, meetings or activities and their follow-up. You also help develop and optimise internal processes and bring your own ideas to improve existing ways of working.
• Creativity: You create slide decks, do research and support internal communication and data maintenance. You also prepare content clearly and visualise data and results for different internal audiences.
• Innovation & AI: You experience first-hand how artificial intelligence and new technologies change the working world. You help identify, test and further develop innovative uses within the Deloitte network and help shape future-oriented ways of working at national and international level.

• Student of a humanities or business studies programme with a focus on auditing, accounting, controlling, finance or business information systems, as well as disaster management, safety engineering, safety and security management and rescue engineering
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good business understanding of modern corporate processes, enjoyment of organisational and process questions, and a high awareness of quality
• Strong team spirit, high commitment and flexibility, analytical skills and a solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English, spoken and written
