Do you want to accompany clients through crisis and change situations in the area of Strategy, Risk & Transactions – Advisory – Performance Improvement & Restructuring? Our team bundles a broad range of services to improve the earnings and liquidity situation of our clients and to support them in demanding transformation, crisis, and special situations. Secure our joint success and make a difference with us: as Intern Performance Improvement & Restructuring with a focus on Financial Restructuring (m/f/d). Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Munich, and Stuttgart. As an Intern Performance Improvement (m/f/d), you help us work with clients in crisis and change situations to define sustainable measures to improve the earnings and liquidity situation and implement them quickly and consistently.
What You'll Learn
- Hands-on entry: You participate in the execution of restructuring, liquidation, and insolvency projects as well as other specific business consulting projects.
- Analysis: You support analyses of business models and strategic positioning of companies in crisis and create presentations, for example.
- Potential: You also contribute to the implementation of identified potentials and assist with financial and corporate analyses as well as restructuring projects.
- Projects: In addition to creating business reviews, you work on consulting projects, define implementation measures within reorganization projects, and conduct M&A analyses.
- Finance: Furthermore, you support financial and corporate analyses.
Requirements
- Student of economics or industrial engineering with very good academic performance and high commitment
- Specialization in one of the following areas: accounting, controlling, auditing, restructuring, corporate finance, or production/procurement
- Enjoyment of complex tasks, good MS Office skills, proactive and independent action combined with wit, creativity, and team spirit
- Willingness to travel, and very good German and English skills both written and spoken
